i finally got a gift for my mom...a really pretty lamp that she was admiring a few weeks ago so i already know she will like it.

today is very crappy outside. perfect day to snuggle in bed with a book. wish i could do that.

want to watch bridget jones tonight. need to laugh alot again. plus j has never seen it. maybe i'll rent it tonight because i can not go out and spend money for awhile.

good things that have happened so far today:

my boss bought lunch for the entire office because paychecks are small today.

i have received compliments today because i am wearing skirt.

get to eat a piece of wedding cake with rasberries in a few minutes.

i woke up and it was friday!
