so far the holiday weekend has been more eventful then my new year's eve will probably be...which is sad because it hasn't been that eventful.

friday night maceo kicked some serious ass. the show was amazing as usual but i think someone should have a talk with the irving plaza people about their maxium capasity because they definitly hit the limit on friday night. we were getting bumped into every 5 seconds which was really just starting to royaly piss me off. i have always hated crowds...i think i get claustrophobic because i start to freak out a little. but all in all the show was good despite the crowd and my tiredness. we came straight home after the show and i went straight to dreamland.

yesterday was a busy day...i don't think i have ever been in and out of the apt so much in one day before.

we woke up and took the cats to the vet in the morning. i was a little nervous about tia's wound but it turns out to be nothing...she may have burned herself on the heater the time she jumped into it. the doc said it should go away and not to worry since it doesn't seem to be bothering her. they also got their stitches out. guess what...i walked out without even taking out my wallet. free visit!!!! thank god!

then we went and had breakfast...that was pretty uneventful. then i went and exchanged the earings that jon's mom had gotten me for hannukah. the lady at the store was very bitchy towards me because i didn't have the receipt. i had stopped by jon's to get the receipt but his mom wasn't home. saturday is really my only day to go to ridgewood because bergen county is closed on sundays. stupid blue laws hello it is the 21st century. anyway she finally let me exchange so i picked out these really pretty little "diamond" hoops.

i also went to old navy...they are having crazy sales...i got a belt and a shirt for $15.

also went to b&n and picked up two books. *the bust guide to the new girl order* i have been wanting to pick that up for awhile so very happy to have it and *cunt* which has been recommended to me many times so i am totally excited!

then i went to the grocery to pick up stuff for dinner. the menu was tortilla soup and yummy salad.

dinner was truely amazing! jon and i have so much fun cooking together and we hardly ever do it. we drank coronas to go with our mexican style soup and salad. after dinner we retired to the couch and watched *blow*. amazing movie i loved it.

at the moment i am very jumpy from coffee and the run lola run cd. i think i will put belle and sebastion back on.

gonna go eat leftovers. yum!
